Yoga Sticky Mats

Yoga sticky mats are an essential part of any successful yoga workout. They are the main platform on which all of the various poses are performed, and as such are vital to this form of exercise. Fortunately, they can be purchased at just about any sporting goods store or yoga studio.

Yoga sticky mats come in many different colors and designs. They are most often made from rubber and/or latex, but can also be found in cotton and microfiber as well. They are also available in a many different thicknesses, ranging from about 3-6mm.

When looking for yoga sticky mats, there are a few things to keep in mind. Comfort should be carefully considered, and the right mat should offer a good combination of support (thickness) and traction. They should also be easy to clean, as yoga often causes a lot of sweating.
